TFT Set 18 Spellweaver Ahri Comp Guide: Items and Fast 9 Plan

Build Spellweaver Ahri in TFT Set 18 with the current Patch 18.1 units, item priorities, Fast 9 leveling plan, and positioning advice.

Spellweaver Ahri is one of the most reliable AP options in the TFT Set 18 Patch 18.1 meta. The line wants a strong economy and enough health to reach its high-cost board, so it is usually better to play it as a Fast 8 or Fast 9 transition than a blind early reroll.

## Core board

The main units are Ahri, Alune, Cassiopeia, Morgana, Elise, Diana, Sentinel, Taric, and Fiddlesticks. Ahri is the primary damage carry, Alune provides additional AP pressure, and Sentinel plus Taric form the key front line.

## Ahri items

The recommended Ahri setup from current comp data is **Blue Buff**, **Jeweled Gauntlet**, and **Nashor's Tooth**. Blue Buff helps her reach casts quickly, Jeweled Gauntlet improves spell damage, and Nashor's Tooth adds sustained output after casting. If components do not cooperate, prioritize mana and ability power rather than holding the board hostage for one exact combination.

## Alune and Morgana

Alune can use Jeweled Gauntlet, Rabadon's Deathcap, and Spear of Shojin as a secondary AP carry. Morgana is a good user of Adaptive Helm, Morellonomicon, or Void Staff, especially when the lobby has healing or magic resistance concerns.

## Sentinel tank items

Sentinel is the usual main tank. Gargoyle Stoneplate, Protector's Vow, and Warmog's Armor are the clearest defensive recommendations in the current guide data. Taric can hold leftover defensive pieces if Sentinel is not upgraded yet.

## Leveling plan

Play a flexible early board and protect both health and economy. Use a temporary AP holder when possible, then aim for Level 8 and eventually Level 9. At Level 9, roll for two-star versions of the expensive core units and finish the Spellweaver/Vanguard structure. Do not spend all your gold at Level 7 unless your board is collapsing.

## Positioning

Place Sentinel in the main enemy contact zone and Taric on the other side of the front line. Keep Ahri and Alune separated in the back row against area damage or hook threats. Adjust Morgana's position so her spell covers multiple targets.

Spellweaver Ahri is strongest when you reach the late-game board with enough health to roll. If the lobby contests Ahri or Alune heavily, pivot to another AP line instead of forcing a low-quality copy.
