MTG's KPop Demon Hunters Cards Are Drop-Dead Gorgeous

Magic: The Gathering's Secret Lair Corn Maze superdrop includes a KPop Demon Hunters set with seven re-skinned cards, plus Marvel Zombies, Labyrinth, and more. Available October 12.
Ever wished your Magic: The Gathering cards could bust a move and slay demons? Well, wish granted. KPop Demon Hunters are officially coming to MTG in a brand-new Secret Lair drop that's equal parts spooky and stylish.
This October, Wizards of the Coast is rolling out its 'Corn Maze' superdrop, a Halloween-themed collection that's as eclectic as it gets. Alongside the KPop Demon Hunters, you'll find undead versions of Marvel heroes and a Labyrinth crossover featuring David Bowie's Jareth. Yes, it's a weird and wonderful party.
The KPop Demon Hunters set, titled 'How It's Done,' includes seven returning cards with new art featuring major characters from the movie. The cards are: Dawn's Truce, Unbreakable Formation, Freed from the Real, Swan Song, Demonic Counsel, Tempt with Immortality, and Underworld Breach. As with most Secret Lair cards, the art is highly stylized and stands out from standard MTG sets—perfect for fans of the film.
But that's not all. The Corn Maze superdrop also brings us Secret Lair x Marvel Zombies, a grim twist on the Marvel Super Heroes set. This drop features comic artwork on fitting cards, like zombie Wolverine as 'Unstoppable Slasher'—a Duskmourn card that keeps coming back from the dead. Other highlights include Zombie Giant-Man, Zombie Thor, Zombie Captain America, and Zombie Scarlet Witch.
And for those who love a bit of nostalgia, there are three Jim Henson's Labyrinth sets: 'Should You Need Us,' 'Fear Me, Love Me,' and 'Through the Labyrinth.' These include cards like Jareth, Goblin King (as Muxus, Goblin Grandee) and Sarah, Champion to the Lost (as Jodah, the Unifier). Plus, there's an Artist Series featuring Veronique Meignaud, a Manufactured Grounds set by See Machine, and a Peace, Love, & Treefolk drop.
All eight drops will be available from Secret Lair on October 12 in Traditional Foil ($39.99) and Non-Foil ($29.99) while supplies last. So if you want to add these beauties to your collection, you'll need to act fast.
With crossovers like this, MTG continues to blur the lines between universes. Whether you're a KPop fan, a Marvel zombie enthusiast, or a Labyrinth loyalist, there's something here for you. Will you be picking up any of these drops? Let us know in the comments!
