CyberPowerPC RTX 5070 Gaming PC Drops to $1,399 with Free Control: Resonant

Best Buy has a deal on a CyberPowerPC gaming PC with RTX 5070 for $1,399.99, including a free Steam code for Control: Resonant. The promotion ends October 13.

Looking for a new gaming rig that won't break the bank? Best Buy just dropped a deal that might be too good to pass up. The CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 GPU is now $1,399.99 after a $620 discount, and it even comes with a free game.

That's right—for a limited time, you'll get a digital Steam voucher for Remedy Entertainment's recently released Control: Resonant. The promotion ends on October 13, so you'll want to act fast if you're interested. Full details are on Nvidia.com.

So what's under the hood? This prebuilt packs a liquid-cooled Intel Core Ultra 7 265F CPU, which is a 20-core processor with a turbo boost clock of 5.3GHz. That's plenty of power for gaming and multitasking. You also get 16GB of DDR5-5600MHz RAM and a 1TB M.2 SSD for speedy load times.

The RTX 5070 12GB GPU is the star here. It's an excellent choice for 1080p or 1440p gaming, and it can even handle most games at 4K, though you might see better gains with a 5070 Ti if you're serious about 4K. Compared to the previous generation, the RTX 5070 offers a slight performance improvement over the RTX 4070 Super, which was already a great card. The fps gain is even greater in games that support DLSS 4.5 with multi-frame generation.

And Control: Resonant is a perfect showcase for Nvidia's latest tech. It supports DLSS 4.5 with multi-frame generation, path tracing, ray reconstruction, and super resolution. According to the source, it will run at 60fps and beyond on an RTX 5070 at 1440p, so you can enjoy smooth, stunning visuals.

To put the value in perspective, the least expensive standalone RTX 5070 card right now is $800 on Amazon. So for just $600 more, you're getting a full gaming PC with a powerful CPU, RAM, storage, and a free game. That's a solid deal if you're in the market for a new rig.
