TFT Set 18 Fae Tristana Rengar Comp Guide: Level 7 Reroll

Learn when to play Fae Tristana Rengar in TFT Set 18, how to use the Level 7 reroll window, and how to position its backline and front line.

Fae Tristana Rengar is a Set 18 Level 7 reroll option that pairs Tristana and Rengar with Rammus, Sivir, Lillia, Vi, Kobuko, and Rakan. It can be a strong alternative when the lobby is crowded with AP boards.

## Core carries

Tristana is the main ranged damage threat, while Rengar provides a second pressure point that can attack vulnerable targets. Rammus and Lillia help anchor the front line, with Vi, Kobuko, and Rakan adding utility and trait support.

## When to play

Look for early Tristana or Rengar copies and a physical-damage item opener. The comp is most comfortable when you can reach Level 7 with enough health and gold to reroll without losing the entire economy. If both carries are heavily contested, consider a different physical or flexible board.

## Item priorities

Build a coherent damage package for Tristana from your available components, then add survivability or attack speed as the lobby demands. Rengar can use leftover offensive items, while Rammus or Lillia should receive the best defensive pieces. Flexible items are preferable to delaying every power spike for exact best-in-slot.

## Reroll and leveling

Reach Level 7, stabilize the board with two-stars, and spend excess gold looking for the key upgrades. Once the core is strong, level to add utility rather than continuing to roll at a low percentage.

## Positioning

Keep Tristana away from the most obvious enemy threat and use Rengar to pressure the side that has weaker protection. Rammus should take the first wave of damage, while Rakan and Vi can be adjusted based on enemy clumping and control.

Fae Tristana Rengar is not a comp to force from every opener. It is a good line to keep in mind when the shop offers the units naturally and your components support a physical carry.
