Nintendo's Huge Customer Appreciation Sale Starts Sept 13

Nintendo of America is launching one of its biggest sales ever from Sept 13-26, with 30% off dozens of Switch digital games and bundles, plus physical games, DLC, accessories, amiibo and apparel.
Nintendo is saying thanks to players in a big way this month, and you might want to clear some space on your wishlist.
Nintendo of America has officially announced a Customer Appreciation Sale running from September 13 to September 26, and it's being billed as one of the largest promotions in the company's history. That's a pretty bold claim, but the lineup backs it up.
During the event, dozens of Nintendo Switch digital games and bundles will be discounted by 30%. It's not just digital either. Select physical games, downloadable content, accessories, amiibo figures and even clothing will get in on the action too.
The sale spans the Nintendo eShop, the Nintendo Store and participating retail stores, so where you shop matters. Specific items and discounts will vary depending on the retailer and the sales channel, meaning it's worth checking a few different spots before you commit.
Whether you're jumping into a big Switch hit for the very first time or revisiting an old adventure on Switch or Switch 2, Nintendo says there should be plenty of discounted games and gear to dig through. That wording is a nice nod to players who are sticking with their current console or eyeing the newer hardware.
One detail in the announcement stands out, though. Nintendo specifically noted that this promotion is partly thanks to tariff-related refunds. The company said that while it absorbed most of the tariff costs itself, the refunds helped make a sale like this possible.
Nintendo also took a moment to thank its community for the long-running support, and said it hopes players will find their next adventure during the promotion window.
So if there's a game you've been circling for months, mid-September might be the moment to finally pull the trigger. What's the one Switch title you'd grab at 30% off? Let us know in the comments.
