Marvel's Wolverine Soundtrack Gets Translucent Yellow Vinyl Release

A translucent yellow vinyl of Marvel's Wolverine soundtrack drops December 11, with preorders now live for $29.99 exclusively on Amazon.

Are you a vinyl collector who also loves Marvel's Wolverine? If so, you're in for a treat. Insomniac's latest game has its original soundtrack coming to a gorgeous translucent yellow vinyl this December. And the best part? You can preorder it right now.

The vinyl is set to release on December 11, and it's an Amazon exclusive priced at $29.99. That means you don't have to wait until launch day to secure your copy. Preorders are already live, so you can lock one in before they potentially sell out. Given how popular the game is, there's a real chance this could disappear fast.

The design is as striking as you'd hope. The vinyl itself is a bright translucent yellow with claw marks swiped across the center. The cover art matches the physical game, with Wolverine front and center, so it'll look great on your shelf. It's a vibrant package that fits the game's bold aesthetic perfectly.

As for the music, the soundtrack features nine original score cues composed by David Fleming. The tracklist is spread across two sides: Side 1 includes 'Logan', 'A Dream of the Future', and 'Red'. Side 2 has 'Adamantium', 'Trask and the Machines', 'Twin Flames', 'His Creed Is Mayhem', 'The Cruelest Cut', and 'Rebirth'. That's a solid collection of tracks that capture the game's intense and emotional moments.

If you're still in the shopping mood for more video game vinyls, you're in luck. There's plenty to check out right now. Arguably the biggest vinyl preorder available at the moment is Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, which is out on November 20 and well worth looking into. It apparently comes in several different color schemes, which is a real treat for fans. For even more vinyl preorders, you can also browse the IGN Store's Vinyl Collection to see what's available.

But if you're specifically after this Wolverine vinyl, don't delay. An early order is better than missing out entirely. So, will you be picking up this translucent yellow vinyl for your collection? Let us know in the comments!
