KCD2's Hans Capon Actor Opens Medieval Bar in Prague

Luke Daley, who plays Hans Capon in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, has opened a medieval-inspired bar called The Nobleman in Prague. It welcomed its first patrons on October 1.
Ever dreamed of stepping into a medieval tavern, rolling dice and downing a pint like a true nobleman? Well, if you happen to be in Prague, that fantasy just became reality.
Luke Daley, the actor behind everyone's favorite royal rogue Hans Capon in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, has officially opened his very own medieval-inspired bar. It's called The Nobleman, and it welcomed its first patrons on October 1 in the Czech capital.
Daley first announced plans for the bar months ago, describing it as a place inspired by the types of establishments real noblemen would gather and drink in. Now, after plenty of anticipation, the doors are open. The actor has been sharing photos of the calmly-lit, old-timey space on social media, giving fans a peek at the atmosphere.
And it seems Kingdom Come fans were eager to check it out. One Reddit user reported that The Nobleman drew quite a crowd on opening day, noting, "Queue is not long but [the] wait is long. I heard it was 2 hours." That's a solid turnout, especially considering developer Warhorse Studios is itself based in Prague, so plenty of local fans likely live nearby.
For Daley, this project is deeply personal. "Ever since I can remember, I've always wanted to run a pub, a restaurant, a cafe, something. Something that was bricks and mortar, something that felt real," he explained a few months back. "Because so much of what I've done in my life has been acting, filmmaking, and more recently, streaming, and these things, however amazing they've been, there's an element of which it doesn't feel real to me, and I've always wanted a business that was mine that I could run and I could come to and I could be a part of a community and engender a great feeling in a community."
That passion shines through in the concept. The Nobleman isn't just a themed gimmick; it's a genuine attempt to create a space where people can gather, share stories, and maybe feel a little like they're in a Kingdom Come tavern themselves. Whether you're there to play dice or just enjoy a drink, the vibe sounds authentically medieval.
So if you ever find yourself in Prague, you now have a new pilgrimage site to add to your itinerary. Just be prepared for a potential wait, because word travels fast in the Kingdom Come community.
What do you think? Would you make a trip to The Nobleman, or are you holding out for a tavern in your own city? Let us know in the comments!
