Hot Toys' Wolverine Figure: Hairy Arms, Claws, and Omega Red!

Hot Toys unveils a sixth-scale Wolverine figure based on Marvel's Wolverine, featuring silicone arms, swappable claws, and a deluxe edition with an Omega Red bust.

Ever wanted to bring Insomniac's Wolverine into your home? Well, now you can—if you're ready to drop some serious cash. Hot Toys has just revealed its official sixth-scale figure based on Marvel's Wolverine, and it's packed with details that'll make any collector's claws pop.

The figure sports Logan's default black-and-yellow "Battle Reborn" battlesuit, and it's not just a pretty paint job. Under the hood, you've got seamless silicone arms (yes, they're hairy), an internal metal skeleton, and interchangeable components. No unmasked headsculpt here, but you can swap eye-plates and lower faces to change up his expression. Plus, two sets of cowl wing-flaps let you show off varying stages of battle damage.

The suit itself is textured and comes with forearm gauntlets, a utility belt, and soft vinyl boots. And for the claws? You get three sets: replica Adamantium, scarlet, and diamond blades, each with attachable translucent slashing motion effects. There's also a carved katana ornament from the "Last Stand at Cold Pines" mission, because why not?

Now, about that price. You've got two options: a standard figure for $285 or a deluxe edition for $375. Both come with the same Wolverine body, but the deluxe version includes a statue bust of Omega Red in the display stand. Omega Red doesn't have articulation, but he does have two wire-embedded Carbonadium tentacles that you can coil around Logan for a dynamic diorama. If you're all about that display life, the deluxe is the way to go.

This isn't Hot Toys' first dance with Insomniac's Marvel universe. They've previously released several Marvel's Spider-Man figures, including Peter Parker and Miles Morales in various outfits like Spider-Punk, Spider-Man 2099, and the Venomized Suit. They've also made plenty of Wolverine figures before, but those were mostly based on Hugh Jackman's movie version. This is a fresh take on the character from the games.
