Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave: How to Recruit Goliath

Need Goliath on your team in Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave? Here's where to find the Giants' Meat you need to recruit him.

Stuck trying to figure out how to get Goliath on your squad in Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave? You're not alone — plenty of players are hunting down the same thing right now.

The key to recruiting Goliath is an item called Giants' Meat. Without it, you simply won't be able to bring this character over to your side, no matter how many times you talk to him or how well your battle is going.

So where exactly do you find it? That's the part the game doesn't spell out for you. The source material for this guide points players toward a specific location for the Giants' Meat, and it's the kind of thing that's easy to walk right past if you don't know what you're looking for.

If you're mid-playthrough and Goliath is still sitting on the enemy side, it's worth pausing your progress and tracking this item down first. Recruiting him without it isn't an option — the Giants' Meat is the gate, and everything else is secondary.

Our advice? Before you commit to the next big story battle, make sure you've sorted out your inventory and know exactly where you're headed. Fire Emblem games love hiding recruitment items in spots that feel like afterthoughts, and Fortune's Weave is no different.

Once you've got the Giants' Meat in hand, the recruitment itself should fall into place. Just don't leave it until the last minute — miss your window and you could be looking at a much longer road to adding Goliath to your roster.

We'll keep this page updated as more details around Goliath's recruitment and the Giants' Meat location come in, so check back if you're still stuck.
